Product principle: PSA oxygen generator:
The pressure swing adsorption oxygen production device uses clean compressed air as raw material and high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent to produce oxygen from the air under a certain pressure. After purification and drying, compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and decompressed in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite zeolite is much greater than that of oxygen, and the nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolite zeolite molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished oxygen. Then, after reducing the pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs oxygen production, and the other tower desorption and regeneration, and controls the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve through the PLC program controller, so that the two towers circulate alternately, so as to obtain oxygen with higher purity (93% ±3%).

Application fields of oxygen production equipment:
Large-scale factories, aquaculture oxygen, oxygen, dissolved oxygen, supporting the use of large-scale ozone machines, for the disinfection of breeding ponds, sterilization, algae removal, etc.
It can also be used for:
(1) Electric furnace steelmaking: decarburization, oxygen combustion heating, foam slag dissolving, metallurgical control and post-heating
(2) Wastewater treatment: oxygen-rich aeration of activated sludge, pool aeration and ozone sterilization.
(3) Field cutting construction: oxygen enrichment for field steel pipe and steel plate cutting, mobile or small oxygen generator can meet the requirements.
(4) Sewage treatment and non-ferrous metal smelting: smelting steel, zinc, nickel, lead, etc. need to be oxygen-enriched, and the PSA method is gradually replacing the cryogenic method.
(5) Glass melting: oxygen combustion and dissolution, cutting, increasing glass output and prolonging furnace life.
(6) Pulp bleaching and papermaking: chlorine bleaching is converted into oxygen-rich bleaching, providing cheap oxygen.
(7) Ore treatment: used in gold and other production processes, which can improve the extraction rate of precious metals.
(8) Fermentation: Fudai replaces air to supply oxygen for aerobic fermentation, which can greatly improve efficiency
(9) Drinking water: provide oxygen to the ozone generator for oxygen production and sterilization.
(10) Oxygen for petrochemical and chemical industry: The oxygen reaction in the petroleum and chemical process uses oxygen-rich instead of air for oxidation reaction, which can improve the reaction speed and the output of chemical products.
