■Product Overview
Heavy oil demulsifier series products are based on phenolic resin polyoxypropylene ethoxyethylene ether, which is modified to improve the relative molecular weight to make it easier to wett and disperse in the emulsion, and at the same time increase the number of branches in its structure, which can quickly dissolve and diffuse to the oil-water interface, destroy the hydrogen bond association and electrostatic attraction between the molecules of the colloidal and asphaltene polar groups, make it adsorb on the oil-water interface or replace the natural emulsifier adsorbed on the interface, reduce the strength of the oil-water interface film, and destroy the original interface film. It can greatly improve the dehydration effect of demulsification.

■Performance characteristics
The structure of the product is similar to that of asphaltene and colloidal in heavy oil, and has excellent permeability and wetting performance in heavy oil emulsion, which can quickly dissolve and diffuse to the oil-water interfacial film, making the interfacial film thin and ruptured and showing the characteristics of rapid demulsification.
The product is developed for heavy oil with high gum and asphaltene content, and has the characteristics of high dehydration rate and low oil content of effluent.
