■Product Overview
The low-temperature demulsifier series products are classified and screened according to the structure of the existing demulsifier, and the specific structure of the initiator used in the low-temperature crude oil demulsifier is determined, and then the ethylene oxide propylene oxide block polyether is synthesized with a specific substance as the initiator, and then a certain amount of modifier is added for polyether modification and tailing, and the crude oil demulsifier has a good low-temperature dehydration effect through the structure adjustment and formula optimization of the demulsifier, as well as the synergistic compound test. Finally, in order to improve the diffusion and permeability of the demulsifier in crude oil at low temperature, a certain amount of penetrant, solvent and co-solvent with high osmotic activity were added to prepare the low-temperature demulsifier.
